1. Registration & Attendance
By registering for our events or services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Attendance is granted solely to the registered individual, and credentials or access links may not be shared, transferred, or sold to third parties without prior written consent.
2. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full at the time of registration unless an alternative payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any service or event if a payment is declined, disputed, or otherwise unresolved.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the commencement of the service or event will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees. Cancellations made within 14 to 30 days will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days prior, or for failure to attend.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, presentations, documents, and content provided remain the exclusive intellectual property of the respective owners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
